I had properly reserved a vehicle at the beginning of the month and even called a week ahead and was assured that the rental would be ready for pickup. I arrived yesterday for pick-up only to be told that they had no vehicles. A whole month of planning for a surprise 50th birthday for a close brother I hadn't seen since leaving the sandbox. All up in smoke in less than an hour. They offered me a truck instead which would of cost more and used more gas especially since it was an out-of-state trip. A huge disappointment all around! Moving forward I would not recommend this branch of Enterprise to anyone. They cost me a weekend with brothers I haven't seen in a long time.

The Lake City staff went for a few days in hot weather with no A/C and yet they still worked hard to provide excellent service to the customer.5 stars for EXCELLENCE...

Very respectful people i love that whenever i called in needed them they definitely got the job done in I'll most definitely go there for a rental anytime..THANKS GUYS ❤️❤️
