This is to respond to GREG ANDERSON (above) Review. Sorry you feel that way, but our business policy is Pump Out first to see if you even have a problem with your septic system or Drainfield. To Diagnosis legally required by the state is Pump out system and to do a 4015 form. We are not a company that comes out and walks around your grounds and says "Yep it's your drainfield" without ruling out other problems. I don't think you would want a Physician to come in and just look at you and say, "Yep you need a new Heart," without running some tests. We have been in business for over 39 years, and we have values and responsibilities to our customers and that is why we are always booked out 2 weeks or more.

After a bad experience with another company, this company went above and beyond to help us. They were able to fit us in earlier than originally expected and were so helpful and efficient. I have an old septic and the other company couldnt even find it and tried to charge me $175. Boone septic came in and were done and gone in 45 minutes. Thank you for your honest and hard work!! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs septic work.

Im having an issue with my drain field and this company wouldnt commit to coming out and introducing their business unless I committed to having my septic pumped. I didnt have a problem getting my septic pumped, but to make that a contingency for them to come out and look at my issues Is bad business. There is a good chance Im going to need a new drain field and I would have done business with them. They missed out on a sale, It would have taken 10 minutes to stop by and at least take a look at my concerns. Poor customer service, they told me they didnt have 10 minutes, but if I were to commit to having my septic pumped they would be available. Its ok because I found another business that didnt have a problem with stopping by to evaluate, Im glad that I avoided doing business with this company.
