        I had been a patient of Dr Foster for many years until today. I became a snowbird two years ago and had not visited his office because of illness in Missouri When I returned this year he refused to see me as I am now considered a new patient and he is not taking any new patients. I am having surgery and find that I can’t depend on Dr Foster as my primary physician Thanks Doc
