TERRIBLE PLACE, THE ATTENTION IS TERRIBLE, THEY GIVE YOU THE APPOINTMENT FOR A SPECIFIC TIME AND THEY DO NOT ATTEND YOU AT THE SCHEDULED TIME. THE PATIENT'S TIME IS ALSO IMPORTANT, WE LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES WHERE EVERYTHING MUST BE SCHEDULED AT AVAILABLE TIMES. THE ATTENTION OF THE RECEPTIONISTS IS AWESOME, THEY DO NOT GREET AND IF YOU NEED ATTENTION IN SPANISH THEY DON'T CARE AND THEY ARE ONLY LOOKING AT THE COMPUTER. I HAVE ATTENDED THIS PLACE TWICE AND WITH TODAY BEING MY SECOND VISIT, I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Horrible doctors office. I dont recommend this place . The office called me, I was at work I didnt answer. So right after I got off work I called them back. One of the receptionist picked up the call and as I was talking to her, she got nerves to hung up on me. I called 6 times before they finally answer my calls.THAT HAPPENED TWICE!!! I went to use the restroom, the restroom was NASTY. The trash can was full with paper towels. It was my first and last visit. Will never go there again.

I tried over the course of 4 days to get an appointment. Mind you, Im an established patient. No one picks up the phone at any location and no one returns voicemails. I tried the phone option as a new patient making an appointment and someone immediately picks up because its clearly a call center. That person said the offices would call me back within 3 hours and no one ever did. When I had a baby with them two years ago, the being able to contact them was always an issue and now its impossible to get hold of them. They lost a patient in me and I will make sure to tell everyone to avoid this practice.

Ive been trying to contact this office for 3 days already !! Ive called all locations and even billing department and no answers! Left voice mails and I havent get anybody to contact me. I have been with doctor sorensen for over 5 years and I feel really frustrated. I dont recommend this office !!
