      image I have a water softener that come up with the house and his number was on it. I called him 2 times to come and show me how to use it and explain.he said he will be there but did not and lastly softener quitted working and I called him 3rd time and he suppose to come today but did not show up again. I gave up on him.he is not trust-worth.
