Palm tree vacation homes were not very organized prior to our arrival. I received booking confirmation then a month later was told booking isn't confirmed until payment. The booking process was confusing and frustrating. The good news is our condo was ready at check in. Things that could be improved : -having to stop by office in shopping center to check in. Other companies have time sensitive door codes. -keys were not in lock box they were supposed to be in. -front door didn't have deadbolt (felt uneasy about that, easy to break in) -condo needs updating, new paint and carpet -get rid of the tube TV and buy some some flat screen TV for bedroom -update baby gear. Everything was 20+ years old, unsafe or broken. I would have loved to use stroller but had a flat tire. -resort and pool were nice. A slide would be a great. The year before we stayed at Windsor hills booked direct with vrbo and had a much nicer condo for the price.

This is a GREAT SPOT, GREAT LOCATION.. Windsor Hills is a beautiful resort with everything that you need when traveling with the family. It has everything you need to have fun and relax. There is security at the front gate to make sure that everyone is safe and the grounds are beautiful. We have a tree bedroom apartment set up with all of the fixings. Two beautiful bathrooms, , full kitchen with all pans, dishes and utensils, 3 TV's and everything you need to feel at home. Great job to the Palm Tree staff here, you are a well-oiled machine!! I recommend staying here
