As i entered the store, there was 2 women standing at the Cash register, both of them
looked over at me and did not even say hello or welcome to the store. I went into the store to send a package through USPS a service that they offer but they also souvenirs. As i made my way through the store i finally found the corner where they had the envelopes and boxes for USPS. As i looked to see what envelope i needed all of a sudden both women at the register started to yell and scream at me asking me what i was doing back there and to get away from the area that i was in. It through me off guard because they didnt even acknowledge me when i entered the store or asked if i needed help. That was totally unprofessional and an extreme lack of customer service skills, I felt because i was African American they treated me that way. What they feel to realize is the location in which they are in there are thousands of gift shops and other locations that offer USPS. So if you want customers and repeat customers my suggestion to you both is to definitely work on your people skills and i will never return to your store again!!!!!!!!!!!
