Fast, friendly service for A/C repair in Fort Wilderness. Arrived at Ft. Wilderness on Sunday evening with no A/C, temp was 96. Called Frank first thing Monday morning and he came to our campsite before noon. He had to replace the main circuit board inside the Dometic unit on top of our Airstream and also had to replace the thermostat. He had everything he needed in his van to make the repairs. He said he wanted to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and he did just that! May I add that he was very careful not to scratch our trailer as he got on top to install the board in the unit. He saved our vacation, otherwise we would have headed back to north Alabama as the temp rose to 100 in our trailer before the A/C repair. Cannot say enough good things about his service, and he was fair and honest with us. Service: Air conditioning
