Edward , sales manager has delivered beyond my expectations. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed , I had 2 littles ones he managed to be extremely patient and helpful it was a breeze . Very generous man, from opening the door for us to helping us walk out with our slingshot without waiting the 3 months hes the man to go to . 10 stars ask for Edward

I joined a friend, a repeat customer with you. to look at the Kawasaki Z900 with full intentions of buying. we first spoke with a sales Manager Edward, we were ready to pay today and wanted a test drive first, in my experiences this is perfectly reasonable request but when we asked for one we were received with nothing but bitterness and plain out rudeness. When we told him he was being very unprofessional with us and the attitude he was giving us, he followed up by telling us we are unprofessional. so we left, thing is we wanted to buy and it seemed like he could care less about service to his customers. I see there are a lot of great reviews but if this is what customer service and hospitality looks like then some serous Training needs to take place. Thanks for ruining our experience Edward.
