Very good clinic, the doctor takes the necessary time to examine and understand the patient, I see why there is a bit of a wait but it is worth it, many thanks to the doctor and the highly recommended staff.

If I could give this facility zero stars I would. This is the most disorganized office I have ever been to. They triaged my 80-year-old grandmother and had moved her to three different rooms when she could hardly walk or sit for too long due to having knee surgery. The wait time is about 3-4 hours, and I am not kidding. My grandmothers appointment was at 10am, we got there 5 mins prior and patiently waited. She was not seen until 12:20pm. The staff does not inform the patients of the waiting time unless they are asked. To which they rudely tell you that it's just a little long when in reality it is not. They were not friendly and could hardly look at you in the eye when speaking to you. They are never at their desk until the time of check out. They are too busy gossiping and talking about what they're going to eat for lunch in the triage office. The Doctor is a nice man and quite knowledgeable, but he is too much of a control freak. The Doctor does the job of the Medical Assistant, the Specialist and his own, spending more time. When the Doctor finally got to us, he stated that if we were not going to have patience, that we could go seek another Doctor. To which I gave him no reply because I was there for the well-being of my grandmother not to have an argument with a medical professional about how to run his office. Overall, this was our second time at this office because we wanted to give them a chance. I would not recommend this office to ANYONE!!!! Be warned if this is the only place that you have to go to then so be it but be prepared for a 4-hour wait time.

When the Doctor finally got to us, he said that if we weren't going to be patient, we could find another Doctor. To which I did not respond because I was there for my grandmother's well-being and not to avoid having a discussion about how to run her office with a man who must be a medical professional. Overall, this was our second time at this office because we wanted to give them a chance. I would not recommend this office to ANYONE!!! Keep in mind that if this is the only place you have to go, be prepared to wait the entire day.

DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! Your reservation will not be respected. I had an appointment at 1, it's 3:10 and I still haven't been attended to! Dr. Gabaldon is wonderful, the only problem is the poor organization of the appointments. Take your precautions, you may spend the whole day sitting waiting to be attended to one day!

Terrible place 4 hours waiting for an appointment so they don't tell me anything after doing 3 expensive exams
