My realtor suggested them and not being from this area I went with it. We have bought several homes before so I was hoping they would be as good as recommended since the home you buy is really only as good as your inspection. Nestor was unbelievably good. A lot of inspectors prefer you not be there but not him. He walked us around the home, pointed out everything he saw that was concerning. He did wind mitigation and a “4 Point Inspection” which is what our insurance company wanted. He was professional and most of all honest as I accidentally paid him too much, and as we were getting ready to drive away he came over and had a concerned look and I asked if something was wrong and he said “yes”, you paid too much. I owe you $75 and he refunded that back on the spot. Can’t get much more honest than that!
