We ordered two arrangements for our relative who passed away. We pay everything including shipping and extra charge to add message. They delivered only the cheapest arrangement. The arrangement we were charged for $ 185 was not delivered. I tried to contact them and they wouldn't answer the phone. I sent email and they did not respond either. My assistant managed to communicate and the American man who answered was very unkind. He passed the call to a Latina and she only said that they did not have an explanation for what happened and that they would give a refund. Definitely mistakes happen but the American person, who I understand must be the owner, should have apologized for the grab error and tried to fix it. Do not leave us without the arrangement and only issue a refund and wash your hands. I give it a star because there is no option to give it 0 stars.
