The worst experience we have ever had in an emergency service. After 30 minutes the paramedics arrived, they came as if there was no emergency, lights off, upon arrival my mother was in a lot of headache, vomiting, complaining of not seeing, with symptoms of stroke and they asked if she wanted to leave in our car or that they would take her to the hospital (why we call emergency) they had nothing to cover her in the ambulance when she got cold, they left and were going like there was no emergency lights off and stopping at every light, my husband and I left after them and arrived at the hospital together. My mother was taken to UCF Lake Nona hospital, where there were no specialists for her situation, If this is an emergency service how sad. Sadly my mother died.

I recently had to call 911 due to chest pain and tightness along with other possible cardiac emergency signs, I've donated plasma for the majority of the past 15 years and the emts who picked me up noticed the scaring from doing so and without asking me anyrhing they automatically assumed it was from drugsand at that point their demeanor towards me was horrible, snide remarks and just uncaring towards my current emergency, turned out to be my very first panic attack which I have no history of so it had me scared to death.

Exceptional service from medics Gabriel and Nate. Also firemen who arrived to transport with hospital. Very grateful for exceptional team. Professional. Knowledgeable and calm.
