I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and it was super hard and impossible to consume, I point out to the person who is serving and very rudely he tells me that they are like that, I ask him if he could make it for me again or heat it up I understand that he says no toast but the application does not give the option to put it hot and the bread is too hard and cold and this rude woman indicates that I have to pay for it again and wait for her to finish all the orders, if they don't love their job then because they are in customer service it is very bad taste if I'm paying for that service. 1-23-2024 6:55am I didn't even see his name to be able to complete the complaint.
