I have been calling since last week to find out about one of the condos flood insurance policy, Lydia the property manager has been not getting back to me at all after several phone calls. I am interested in purchasing a condo in the Forest and she will not return my calls since last week. Every time I call I get different answers on if they have flood insurance or not, no one seems to know what is going on, very frustrating especially since I am trying to buy a home. 5/25/2021 Your response is not accurate, It had nothing to do with me not liking the response you gave, it was the lack of response. I finally got a response days later after I viewed the condo( they took way to long and someone else put an offer in, which I would have also, if the property management company would have responded in time. No one in the office, Including the owner of the company, was able to tell me if the building/HOA carried flood insurance on the condo. I got an answer only after calling the office multiple time and never getting a call back from property manager, then I asked for the contact information for the owner. So this review above had absolutely nothing to do with "not liking your answer". I just needed the facts in order to decided if I wanted to purchase in that community or not. I would actually never have given you a 1 start review at all , but google wouldn't let me . You guys really need to get it together over there.

They never responded to any of my emails. I had to keep calling them. The person that takes care of my Association was rude, she didn't like that I called her twice in 2 days, BTW I've never called her before that. The manager doesn't take into consideration somebody else's property and if they're affecting it in a negative way or not. I couldn't and won't recommend them to anyone else. Looking forward to move out of my Association as soon as possible... Also, the gym is just unusable, the treadmills are slipping which can cause an accident. Old equipment that didn't see maintenance for a long time. EDIT: After a couple years of having moved, I'm really glad we moved out. There are a lot of better places to live out there and we found one of them. Good luck if you decide to live there.
