        Horrible service, went in to switch my girlfriends phone to a new one I had gotten her. They told me we had to pay $28 to switch that. They told me to call metro and they said I didn't have to pay anything because it a bring your device. Both women were unprofessional, rude, and even told me I was lying about being able to put my sim card into another phone and it working. I wouldn't waste my time with metro and plan on switching accounts as soon as possible to another provider.
