I called Jim to get a pre purchase appraisal on a muscle car I was looking to purchase. I was very impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness in going over everything he would look at on the car and how indepth the report would be to make sure this was a good buy for me. Though I did not get to use Jim's expertise (I backed out from the car), I would use him in the future and highly recommend him.

Jim came out to the repair shop to do a fair market value appraisal on my car because my insurance company was trying to low-ball me on the value of the vehicle. He provided me with a very professional appraisal report which I then submitted to Geico in order to dispute their claim that my car was a "total loss". Jim then dealt with their 3rd party appraiser and we ended up getting a more fair valuation of the vehicle. Because of this, I was able to make Geico pay for the repairs instead of "totalling" my car. I am very happy with CFL Auto Appraise and would definitely recommend their service to anyone needing any kind of vehicle appraised for any reason. It was well worth the fee. They saved me over $9,000.
