Balfour Beatty Property Management has notoriously mismanaged property maintenance and has been negligent since it took over management of Key West Navy Housing at Sigsbee Navy Housing including Perry Court Apartments with so much mold and with lucrative government contracts being awarded to them. This is another example of Non-American Contracting Firms taking advantage of little oversight and bilking the American tax payer sending the proceeds overseas.

This company doesnt seem to be to big on taking care of certain responsibilities. I've been trying to get a few safety issues fixed and some of these have been over a year. Storage units havent been cleaned of debris in almost two years. They love handing out notices though. I recieved a notice for an untidy yard because my neighbors kids toys.

Roach infested house since we have moved in 22 months ago. No accountability have sent out work orders monthly for over a year with pictures of roaches in my pantry, around the house, kitchen, even in my air fryer. management terrible always 1 more day to get back to you, postponing issues constantly avoiding them or not providing proper solutions for issues at hand. Considering I have paid 22 months rent at roughly 60k it’s unacceptable they don’t provide proper funding to address this intolerable issue. At this point I wonder if they are hoping I PCS soon so they can rob the next family to move in and quit hearing from mine constantly. I just want a roach free house so I don’t continue to find them in my food every week seems like little to ask for at roughly 3k rent a month.
