        I don't have anything bad to say about this place .... room was super clean, staff very nice, breakfast was delicious, brought my dog without a problem .... will definitely be back

        For a 4 star hotel, Id expect semi comfortable beds. They REALLY cut costs with the mattresses. My fiance and I couldnt sleep at all and now our backs are absolutely killing us. There is also zero insulation in the walls of the rooms. They put everyone in the hotel on the 3rd floor. Any time someone would talk in the hallway, we could hear everything - zero privacy. The maids closet was 2 doors down from our room. They would stand in the hallway and talk and laugh for hours. We figured that out when we tried to take a mid-day nap on day 2 of our vacation. Napping was out of the question. Well find somewhere else to stay the next time were in town. Its a beautiful hotel, but not being able to sleep due to garbage mattresses and extremely loud housekeeping defeats the purpose of staying at a hotel.
