This charter may be the cheapest out of the keys but buyer beware you pay for what you get. Our charter was set to leave at 10 but the captain didn’t show up until after 1 putting the blame on us that we should have called him. Upon finally arriving to the tortugas the fishing was sub-par. It was clear to everyone on charter that the captains heart was not in this trip and he just didn’t want to be there. Early into the second day the captain wrapped his anchor line not once but twice around lobster traps in the area. The second time this occurred the anchor line went under the boat and was snapped by the prop causing us to cut short our charter less than 24 hours after it started. The captain offered no refund to our three day charter and still waited around to be tipped. All around this trip was very disappointing. Would not recommend.

There is nothing about this boat or captain I can recommend. First we paid deposit of $1500 told be there at 10. We were there was supposed to be substitute captain as cpt Paul was in court No one at boat. No bait no ice but plenty of smell of fuel and sweat. There was no oven or grill for cooking which we had planned on. When we FINALLY got hold of Paul he said we didn’t wait long enough and refused even a partial refund or another booking date. Be very careful dealing with this boat or captain

Very unclean multiple issues,sanitary tank not emptied no toilet or shower for trip entirely.Half wat through trip captain asks clients to go into engine room to check on two year old patch repair.in fear of boat sinking. Then the topper says he’s cooking dinner puts hands not washed for two days that we know of,Granola bars for dinner.Horrible I could go on that should do it.Exepted tip without hesitation.

Absolutely phenomenal trip its a must!!!! Been going out on this trip for 26 years now and the captain is a great guy and really knows what he is doing!!!!!

Captain Paul knows what he is doing, and knows where to fish. We caught a lot of Mahi, Snapper, & Grouper. The boat was very clean, and sea worthy. I have gone out with Tortugas Unlimited twice and each time brought back a lot of fish.
