We have been with State Farm for over 30+ years and when the time to file a claim from Hurricane damage we were denied. I had heard many good outcomes with Eastcoast Adjusters from friends so I gave them a call. Our first meeting was with Marcial and his knowledge and understanding was spot on!👍 he then got us in touch with Carissa who walked us thru everything. She was exceptionally kind, smart and handle everything. Our claim took about a year but we prevailed and got our roof fixed. If you need help call them. They help me out twice once with roof after a hurricane they got me a new roof when insurance did not want to give me anything and help me out when cast iron pipe broke under my foundation got me more money than insurance offered found things insurance company did not think of I recommend them to 3 or 4 friend that loved them

Horrible. They did not have proper experts to help with the claim and finally the one expert I had died while waiting for them to arrive to examine art work. Then when we took the matter to court and settle for next to nothing due to the fact that we had no expert. They lied to us about how much their attorneys and they would get and then they kept it all. East Coast Adjusters literally paid us nothing. For the mere $15,000 it is a expensive bet to have to hire an attorney.

Terrible experience with Dany, who supposed to be the owner, but in my opinion, he lack of experience ais very unprofessional. I was referred to him by a neighbor. He rushed to set one of my claims with no negotiation and the second claim ( I contract him for both problems on same day), we got no money at all, while in same situation more then 15 homeowners in my Association got their roof complete replaced Carissa was very professional, but she is not the head of the business and Dany did not guide the claim as some knowledge of the business. was a shame. Now Dany refers us to a lawyer and the lawyer already canceled the appointment 2x and I was told by the paralegal that the attorney scomment to him that he needs to contract an specialist on roof. So why Dany send me to this law firm? I do not refer this company, unless you go with another adjuster anf get luck. You will need. Get away from Dany from East Coast Public Adjuster.
