    I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START. I've restarted this review 3 times. This is going to be lengthy and rambled. Apologies in advance. New management is TERRIBLE. They're upping the rent to ungodly prices for the area (You now need to make 3 times the rent. In this area????). The price is ridiculous for these "updated" apartments. I have nicer blinds. WHOOOO!!! Our amazing laundry facility???? Our "club house"????? Our pool???? We don't have any of that here. The new property manager is rude. Rude, rude, rude. Did I mention she was rude? I was home alone when three men I don't know come knocking on my door, demanding to come inside. They work for management. I don't know that. I've never seen them in all my time here, none of them wore anything indicated they were with the apartments. They called the woman who works in the office who tells them I have to let them in and that they will be in apartment before the end of the day (my mom, first person on the lease, was not home and I explained to them I was uncomfortable with the situation until my mom was home.) Have a stupid felony (maybe a DUI)? You're homeless in their eyes. They are rude. The property manager is never here and when she is she is locked in the office (yes, locked), blinds down. You never know she's here. Need to pay rent? Online. Need to discuss an issue with your apartment? Take it online. Need something fixed? Online again!! Call the office? Voicemail!!! Don't expect a return call either. How are you going to have people living in your apartments but ignore them? I don't know. They just are not nice, rude, not understanding and there is a terrible lacknof communication on THEIR part. I'm very unsatisfied with the new management and the new owners of this complex. At least the old manager was understanding and wanted to make sure families weren't homeless.

    The new property manager is very rude an incompetent! She is rarely on property and when she is she sits in the office with the blinds drawn and door locked. If you call it goes directly to voicemail and good luck getting a return call to get anything resolved. They are setting the rent at an insanely high rate for the area while yet doing nothing doing nothing worthy of the higher cost. They are too concerned about the curb appeal to get you in while still not fixing the actual problems. We do not have a laundry facility on property. The pool may look pretty but if you dare enter it you come out coated in fiberglass! And now they're wanting to charge "a convenience fee" i.e. charging you for water in addition to the ridiculously high rent rate which had always been included in your rent in the past!
