Our well pump burnt out late this last Saturday night. When I called the on-call line at SWS I got an immediate call back from Stephen who helped me rule out the easy stuff and then scheduled a Sunday morning visit. True to their word Danny showed-up Sunday first thing and was able to diagnose and replace the failed pump and pressure tank. Danny made short work of the job and left all looking beautiful, clean and most importantly awesome water pressure! Thank you Danny and SWS

The company does not honor their work. I have a full water filtration system on my home along with the UV Light that is very expensive . The UV light has not worked properly for 3years since Souther Water Service installed it. It has rust, alarms beeps when no one can hear it and the company does not have a system in place to alert you if the circuit trips so it constantly shuts off due to faulty service install that does not allow my water to get the proper filtration system that I paid for. The service man was here today for a filter change and the UV Light was still not working because the design and install was shabby work at best. Cheryl Casagrande

We hired this Souther Water Services to upgrade our water system (new iron filter and water softener, and later replaced a leaking well pump). Prior to agreeing to their work we were told our water would be completely clear and without smell. There was an improvement from the installed equipment it did not align with what was promised (the water is not clear and still has a sulfur smell). We called them back out and they made some adjustments but we still had the same issue. We called them a third time and they didn't find any issues and charged us a trip fee. When our water pump begin leaking we called Southern Water Services and they did a great job on but apparently they failed to send us an invoice. Months later out of the blue they sent us a text message demanding an immediate payment. We asked for time to check our records as we had thought we paid the invoice previously and they started laying out sorts of proof about the work being done. It felt pretty disrespectful with this being the first time we had heard from them since the work. All through text, seems unprofessional to handle business this way. I wouldn't recommend their services at this point. We later hired a different company to fix the water color and smell issue and they quickly identified the issue and explained what we needed to do to fix it.

Replaced Well water filtration system. They came out same day I called and gave many options. Once decided they had system installed two days later.
