Regus - Florida, Jupiter - Harbourside Place

Usually work from home but contractors were doing work and was way too loud. Found Regus via Google and booked an monthly office ASAP using their 24 hour great website. Amazing location and beautiful office. Reception team was super helpful, friendly and accommodating. Got help when I had questions from remote service team too. Even was able to work in the kitchen area for a couple of hours when needed as part of monthly membership. Just make sure you cancel your monthly membership right away on the website if you only need for month.

Wow! I wish I would have read the reviews. It is easy to get an address on the website but not easy to get any customer service. I call the number and they say email them. You email and they just run you in circles. Terrible customer service to non existent customer service! Hopefully I won't to get billed like these others did. Avoid Regus!!!! Find somewhere else!!

Regus continues to bill my credit card 3 months after cancelling service. This business is poorly run and I wound not recommend them to anyone.

We have rented office space from Regus, WeWork and many other firms at our company and Regus is remarkably bad - I highly suggest looking elsewhere. The issues are non-return of deposits (now 3 months late and counting), charging for services that were demonstrably rejected (like saying no to a "coffee card" and then somehow being charged for coffee?), and avoiding any form of human contact to resolve a problem. When you have an issue you are sent to an email address where... guess what - they don't respond. Very clever. Perhaps I made the mistake of printing in color (even though I chose grayscale) and should accept those (over)charges but there are too many other issues/ over charges to not have these seem like points on a line. The sales people and people at the front desk are friendly enough; they just can't help you. If this is resolved I'll post an update. If there is no update - be forewarned.
