Only trees has cut my oak trees for the last 2 years and each time they have left a lot of debris which has stained my front door entry, white pillars and driveway. The absolute worst! Leon will harass you and leave condescending voicemails! The office could care less when you call with your concerns. Leon will also lie to your face about when the job will get done, he will tell you they service your area then after waiting a month will say they do not service the area and had to squeeze you in. I am located in Singer Island not far from Jupiter. Update: I offered to pre-pay for the job while I was in town. You showed up 4 weeks later after me calling. I told Leon that I would be leaving town and was looking to get this done prior. Leon was adamant you do not take payment upfront. You proceeded to mail the invoice to my home in Florida where I receive no mail. I received the first invoice in the mail last Wednesday and sent out a check accordingly from NJ. I did not return Leons call after my first speaking to because if you heard what he said to me in the voicemails as a business owner, you should be more concerned about that. But as I see from previous comments written your staff, and you seem to have a reputation of being bullies.

They do good work, but their lead Brandon is very disrespectful and condescending. Complete attitude adjustment needed. Kindness goes a LONG way and he doesnt have it! Just because an HOA does the hiring, doesnt mean that disrespect to those that pay the dues to the HOA (basically, we provide the funds to pay for the services) should be treated ugly, period! I had the most incredible experience with Only Trees, and I cannot recommend them enough! I recently lost my drone on the roof of a building and thought it was gone for good. I was driving around feeling defeated when I spotted the Only Trees team. The owner, Steve, is amazing. He approached me with a friendly smile and a willingness to help. I explained my situation, and without hesitation, he offered his assistance. Despite being incredibly busy, he took the time out of his schedule to personally help me retrieve my lost drone. I was deeply touched by his genuine concern and dedication to helping me out. Steve and his team went above and beyond to locate my drone on the roof of the building.
