Pete Johnson handled our insurance issue excellently. Initially the insurance company refused our submission for water damage, arguing (incorrectly) that we were at fault for inadequate maintenance. They also argued there were documentable damage limits imbedded in our policy. Pete was instrumental in our receiving above this "limit." He was careful, methodical and very clear throughout the case; he's a good experienced teacher as a public adjuster. I recommend him enthusiastically.

I found Peter at Fair Claim Settlements here on Google. His reviews were encouraging. Peter was great to work with and his experience gave me confidence that my claim could be appealed successfully. He explained the entire process and what the insurance would do in trying to contest it. The process is lengthy, but worth it considering the huge difference between the actual repair costs and what my insurance company was willing to pay. The end result was a settlement that covered all of the damages I sustained. I would definitely recommend Peter and Fair Claim Settlement.
