The staff here are rude. The guy that takes the orders is not very friendly. We had a large group of people and he was already complaining because he was scared we were going to leave a mess. You just dont say that because you have no idea how the group is and you are assuming that they are going to leave everything in a mess. Bad service.

Yummy fries still trying to decide is this burger is better than five guys .. it's nice to be able to have a brew with a burger though and they have pretty darn good onion rings couple more points above the five guys. The last time I had onion rings at this store they were kind of crusty versus crispy

TLDR; great tasting food. Drinks and sides are pricey. Staff have issues with order accuracy. I went here a few days ago and ordered the spicy fried chicken sandwich. I asked for it to have no Mayo, but they also forgot to put the ghost pepper honey on it. Besides them forgetting a key ingredient, it was a well cooked and tasty sandwich and Id say the price was very fair. I also ordered the onion rings which were really good, but kinda pricey when compared to the sandwich for the amount you get. This location could thrive but I believe they have some issues with training and order accuracy, based on reading other peoples reviews in addition to my experience. Hopefully they get this under control as Id like to go back to enjoy the food again, and see if they can get my order correct this time.
