Outstanding personal family service. 25 years we have enjoyed this business. The owner himself still extends personal service beyond any comparable store. I was happy I stopped in to see them and make a purchase.

I brought two reels there to be cleaned after they got submerged in salt water. Was told they will soak them for a day then clean the reels and greese them. I get a call back not even 24 hours later that the reels are done. Upon picking them up I pulled the spool one one reel , found no greese on shaft in reel. I asked why no greese was on it and was told they don't regresse that shaft. I said ok and left. When I got home I pulled the handle off reel and found muddy greese on inside and alot of dried salt residue. Brought reels back to store and asked what it entailed on cleaning reels. So I showed him the handles and he tells me that cleaning the handles is not part of cleaning process.
This would be like bringing your car for a oil change and the mechanic telling you I'm not changing the oil filter cause it's not part of an oil change. I don't mind paying for a service as long as it's done. I paid 45.00 dollars and as far as I'm concerned the service wasn't done. If they did this to me , I wonder how many other people paid for something to done and wasn't. I definitely will not return to this place again. Very unhappy.
