Finally! So happy to have found this place and could not be more happy with my choice of Michelle Valentino as my new PCP. Shes an APRN and I have never felt more heard at a doc visit. Shes very attentive, offering advice and options. Well worth the drive from Port St. Lucie. Everyone front from the front desk to Michelles assistant (apologies forgot her name - but shes super sweet) - all very friendly and welcoming not only to me but everyone.

My son has been sick and I took him there as a new patient. I felt like we were in line at a department store with an unhappy cashier in front of me at check out when this lady at front desk said next while we were standing there to be checked in.Then she said: you are late, we can not see you(we were actually 10 min late because when we got there there was no one at the reception and we waited around 5min for her to come and start the check in). I did not have a good first impression by then. I apologized and asked if doctor would be kind to do an exception and still see my son because he is in college in Orlando and he missed class to stay and go to doctor . And we drove 40 min to get to their clinic once we live in Stuart, traffic was bad. Lady turned to me with no sympathy and said she knows provider will not see me because it is very busy day(I was the only one in the reception since i got there. Before I left, only one person walked in). I left without rescheduling, but told lady that I appreciate if she could have had a helpful and sympathetic attitude next time, she could have offered to ask provider, see next available as soon as possible, cancellations, waiting list etc.. be helpful and somehow empathetic, you are working with patients and most of the time in distress, be mindful about way you treat them. Dont allow bad experiences to desensitize you from being nice to people. And this is the problem in this country. You walk to a medical clinic and they treat you like they are selling you a merchandise and doing you a favor and not providing care. If you are a health care provider or work with one, the name speaks for itself, be gentle when dealing with your patients , dont treat them just as customers but as human beings. We are humans going there because we are suffering somehowlast thing we need is someone lacking patience and empathy. By the way, Patients leave a practice most of the time because of either being mistreat by staff or error with billing and not because of problem with the doctor. Clinics need to invest more on improving patient service. My dog had a better welcoming and treatment when going to his Vet. What world do we live in?

I have had a very positive experience with Dr Wunder and the two ARNPs as well as all of the staff at this office. They have very good availability and are very thorough with their assessments. I would highly recommend.

Really disappointed with the experience I had hereevery test the doctor ordered for me was wrong or misinformation. I was misguided how to go about testing and the blood work the doctor ordered for me was missing everything I originally went for. The medical assistant was BEYOND rude and disrespectful. Ive never in my life had such a horrid experience at a doctors office. The lack of care, beside manor and pure laziness of staff is alarming. I decided to give this office one more chance and go back and see if my 4th time going is any different. I will not write my doctors name yet but if this experience doesnt improve i will absolutely add this information. My advice, go anywhere but here. I would think basically any other office would do a better job.

I have only gone just once for my initial visit, however within that time frame I have had a really good experience. I met with Dr. Valentino and expressed my concerns on a few topics. She listened very attentively and had very good feed back with treatments and ideas to start with. She was very kind and went very slow in explaining everything to me. She made me feel heard and when I sent an email through my patient portal with concerns she called me within the same day to address them and change up a little with our plan. I appreciate this kind of medical care as I am a very nervous person in general. The facility is very neat and clean and the staff from front to the nursing departments are quick and efficient. I give a 5 star recommendation for anyone looking for a new Primary doctor!
