I travel the country with the work that I do - and often times find myself eating lunch at a Subway. That's 10-15 times a month, for the past 10 plus years, in over 35 States. This one store, which I visited today for the 1st time, is extremely stingy with the portions of meat they put on their sandwich. I had to walk out. Probably explains why they are always empty when I go by the place. (Shame)

Ordered online for my girlfriend to pick up .. the rudest and most unhelpful staff I've ever encountered in a Store.. denied that a sandwich had been ordered, and despite a receipt that showed their store on it, refused to look into it both to my girlfriend in the store (who had to leave as the guy was being weird) and myself on the phone. Still no refund of money, no sub given, unresponsive to formal complaint .. Complete refusal to discuss it with my girlfriend in the store, or myself on the phone. Hung up on me when I asked for a manager. Formal complaint sent to subway headquarters .. As a business owner myself I am totally shocked at this level of service, disgusting
