Kaitlyn is the best public adjuster I have ever dealt with. She is very professional and she knows her business. If you ever need a public adjuster she is the one you want on your side. I had a major leak little and I know that leak had been leaking for years creating mold all over the side of my home. Kaitlyn came in not only did she allow me to get a whole new office a whole new master bedroom new flooring and a new roof because she knows her business. Trust me when I tell you shes the best and shes the one you would like to hire.

I contacted Kaitlyn when I noticed water in the closet that shares a wall with my shower. Turns out my shower pan gave out and soaked my bathroom and my closet. Kaitlyn handled the entire process for us, as a Mother of 4 with a full time job I would have never been able to do this on my own. Not only did she get coverage afforded, the insurance companies initial offer was only 200!!! We ended up settling for 15,000.00 , again ... I could have never done this without a Public Adjuster , without Fair Claims.

We contacted Kaitlyn for an inspection of my dads roof because it looked to be in pretty rough shape and we were noticing water coming in from the ceiling in his bathroom. She came out , took a bunch of pictures, and reviewed his policy for us to let us know our options. If youre looking for someone who will be upfront and honest with you without the pressure of buying or using services or a pushy sales person , Id recommend contacting Fair Claims for any questions you have regarding damage , your policy , and or a potential insurance claim.

I contacted Kaitlyn because my neighbors were all replacing their roofs. I was curious what kind of shape mine was in. She offers free roof inspections and boasted honesty so I set up an inspection with her. She was quick , came out within 24 hours of calling her, and turns out my roof was just fine . No damage and still had some life left . I really appreciated the honesty here as I know she doesnt collect money from inspections with no damage , but the fact that she told me it was good makes me feel like she really does look out for her clients and wont urge you to open claims that arent necessary.
