Quench Your Palette

I bought a Groupon and had difficulties using it to book my reservation online. I ended up purchasing/booking for 4 and paying full price (the owner could not/would not honor the Groupon despite her agreeing that many people have difficulty using the Groupon when booking). My friend I purchased it for was sick with cancer and so we needed to go before she started treatment. I decided to use the Groupon with another friend now and simply just use the face value (it is expired now). I have tried to call (phone number listed says it's no longer a valid number) and there is no email to contact anyone. I spent $72 on a Groupon for 4 people.

Went here for a friend's birthday. The instructer(s) teach you each step of the painting at a good pace and are really nice and funny. Relaxing atmosphere and good selection of music playing in the background. Only thing I would suggest is a section informing people to bring their own cup and wine bottle openers...at least I didn't see that noted anywhere on the website BUT they do have wine glasses on hand if you didn't bring one. All around nice experience. Great way to interact with people.

the owner Jennifer Knier did not honor the 100.00 GC she Encouraged us to purchased for presents. Tried several times to reach her no response. even the BBB reached out to her and wouldn't respond.Heard she is trying to open a new business, BEWARE

I used to enjoy coming to this place for paintings but recently they changed their groupon policy or something. I have used their groupons in the past and never had a problem. Now, I have to call way in advance because there is “limited” seating when I know there is always open seats. I have some friends with groupons too and we couldn’t get to go to a class together because of these limitations. Well then why would you advertise on groupon to buy your vouchers then have all these exclusions? I’m in the process of contacting groupon to see if I can get a refund because this is NOT worth the headache.
