Stateline RV Repair Service

We have a brand new Thor Sequence 20 L camper van. After 5 days on the road, the refrigerator quit working. We knew we were going to stay two nights in Jennings, Florida at the KOA so looked online for a repair service. It was our lucky day to get Stateline RV repair. The owner, Jonathan, came promptly on Saturday morning. He was great. He checked all the easy fixes and eventually had to dismantle a bed to pull out the small Nova Kool refrigerator. He found a LOOSE CONNECTION and was able to quickly fix it. We were soooo happy. Very reasonable. Jonathan was efficient, professional and friendly. He answered all of questions patiently. Brawn was early for the appt and called and texted to say he was going to be a little early. He was very professional and introduced himself!! He was very proficient and did an amazing job exactly what I needed done!! If he had questions about how I wanted something he did not hesitate to ask!! I would (and already have) recommended them to several ppl!! Keep up the amazing job!!!
