Truly amazing instructors! Each one has their own unique style that I really enjoy. They have several different types of yoga offered here, including one geared towards "desk warriors". I went here after having many knots and spasms in my foot from running too much. Mindful Motion helped ease my muscles while also building them. Cheaper than all other studios that I looked into. They also offer a lot of useful supplies for free (mat, face towels, mat towels, blocks, blankets, knee pads, etc.). I've only been going here for a month now and I'm already hooked.

Actually called three times (with no answer or returned phone call about my inquiry) before dropping by the studio to check it out for a first time yogi experience as a gift for mother’s day. The sign was on stating “OPEN” however the doors were locked and no one inside. Called shortly afterwards no return call after leaving a voicemail. Again if you’re looking for a memorable experience to clear your mind of clutter and de stress ...continue following Beach Blvd to the Jacksonville and Neptune beaches area...after all its free of charge and you can sit and meditate as long as you want. Bypass this place unless you’re up for a chase to locate owners and staff.
