Horrible Customer Service. Driver did not say Good morning. Driver did not get out to take bags. Oh wait Melanted driver only got out to help with bags from So called "White Passengers" . I guess he wanted to be a good Slave. Also if your in a rush don't take this service. They stop at 3 hotels. My concierge did not express that the shuttle wasn't specifically for that chain. Additionally, when asked the driver has a nasty attitude and told.me it wasn't an Uber. No shhhh. If I had known you were stopping at multiple hotels I would have called an Uber. There is no Southern Hospitality in Jacksonville and especially not with the AM driver for this company.

Renee and the shuttle driver were super nice, patient and helpful. She should get a raise! You pull your car up next to the office and go inside to check in. (Do not go looking for a parking place yourself!) You leave the car key and they park the car for you. Hop on the shuttle parked next to the office and you'll be at the airport in like 3 minutes. This is so much better and nicer than parking in some gigantic lot where you have to walk God knows how far with heavy bags to the shuttle. Highly recommended!
