The work done to the vehicle was of great quality. James handled the tag and title work and checked back throughout the process to make sure I received everything. Vehicle photos deceiving, asked about rust specifically and was told of one minor spot. Underneath vehicle was completely rusted. Brakes barely worked, inspection failed, and steering/suspension broke day 2 after vehicle received. $3,500 worth of repairs later car is in safe condition. Beware of purchasing any vehicles from this dealer. No response after sharing issues and not a transparent process.

I came across an excellent condition 2005 4Runner from Florida Direct Auto and James helped me. I was purchasing long distance, site unseen from California, so I was only able to rely on photos, Jame's description of the vehicle, and the detailed service history on Carfax. James was totally honest and upfront about the condition and any flaws the vehicle had, he even told me about an exhaust leak that had not been diagnosed yet. He volunteered to bring the vehicle to a mechanic to be checked out and the diagnosis was a $1,200 manifold repair. He then offered to split the cost of the repair with me. In all my years of buying vehicles I've never come across a dealer who was so honest about vehicle condition. James could have easily not told me about the issue and just sent the vehicle to me. Also, even with my portion of the repair cost the vehicle was priced at a much better price than any other 4Runners I could find, and this 4runner was in absolutely Excellent Condition! Can't say enough good about James and Florida Direct Auto!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!I purchased a truck (currently now re-listed on Ebay) from Florida Direct Auto. I dealt with James from start to finish. I spoke with James about the 2005 Duramax Silverado 2500HD from the very beginning. I was extremely excited to see this truck was listed on Ebay, I had been looking for one for a very long time. I called James and spoke with him about the truck, he answered all the questions I had from the beginning. I paid for the truck via Wire, which he helped me with. He kept stating to me how excited I would be able this truck, how well taken care of it was. From the 200+ pictures he listed on Ebay the truck looked FLAWLESS. The trucking company delivered the truck to my house within 5 days of me paying for it. Once it arrived I was excited to see the condition. Once I walked up to the truck my jaw dropped! This truck was a COMPLETE SCAM. The back bumper had rust all on the inside of the bumper, I was hoping it would stop there. IT DIDN'T. THE ENTIRE TRUCK WAS RUSTED ON THE BOTTOM, HORRIBLY! The truck was rotting and cracking off all over the place underneath. They had taken black spray paint and covered the entire undercarriage of the truck to try and hide the rust. I was SICK! I immediately called James and he goes on to state to me that I did not ask if it had rust. Also he didn't paint the truck, someone else must have tried to hide the rust. IT WAS FRESH PAINT! This truck is in HORRIBLE CONDITION. WISH YOU COULD LOOK AT THE PICTURES (I am also posting a google review, you can see on there). I told the truck driver to take the truck back. I had to pay for the shipping to my house and back to the dealership. I WAS OUT $3000. James told me he would give me the money back on only the truck but I would have to take the $3000 loss on shipping. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. LOOK AT THE PICTURES AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. STAY AWAY!
