Delivery Driver drove right into our front yard, during the rain when it has been raining. Is there such a thing as respecting private property? I understand it is raining, and we do live on a private drive, however there is no need for anyone to drive up onto our front yard putting ruts in our grass. This is totally disrespectful and should not happen. There is room to park and turn around using the road or dedicated spots to turn around.

Never received my package took day off work because need a signature and the driver went to the wrong house then when called to have driver come back they say can't get a hold of driver worst service ever

This FedEx facility is not only negligent but blatantly irisponsible with the customers. They scan packages as being delivered when they're not. Put packages undeliverable when they never show up to the residence. They don't leave tags on the doors where they supposedly tried to deliver, but why would they when the packages are not to be signed on delivery in the first place. Very fraudulent practices going on with this big stupid corporation. It should be fined millions by the state.

I missed the driver the day before reached out to customer service to see if I could meet the driver or a reattempt. The rep kept saying sorry and the delivery will be made the next day, I explained I know you can communicate to the driver by diad and he think i did not know how that works takes my number nothing. No callback at all. Cool im not mad, but service can go a long way. Today I meet the driver at the door say Hi! Hello! no reply as he walk away I say Merry Xmas still no reply. I get that drivers work very hard during the holiday, but being rude doesn't help. Kindness goes a long way

This place is a joke I sent 3 packages to Florida from Texas cause I was moving .. I had all of my son's stuff who had just passed away .. everything I had left of him. Plus all my belongings. They delivered to the wrong address was told they would retrieve it .. spoke to claims she said they never even sent someone out.. now a month later all my stuff including my deceased sons are gone ... Horrible customer service and no one ever helped me .. except the claims lady ..
