Dont go here !!! Who ever the lady is with blond hair sitting at that desk needs a attitude check ! Rude and not helpful at all !!!! Not pleasant to talk with AT ALL. They also dont have anything in stock to rent for uhals no matter how much you make a reservation they dont honor it !! Spend your money else where go to uhal its a bit more money but they are more helpful

I want to start with we attempted to rent a moving truck from this company. As we placed an online reservation, we showed up at the scheduled time, for them to tell us that they werent able to fulfill it. They didnt call us, email us, nothing. Completely unprofessional if you ask me, and a waste of our time. They were also rude about the whole situation.

Was moving apartments last October and made an online reservation for a 16 moving truck through Budget at this location. What a mistake it was to come here. I Uber to this location around my pickup time (since I had friends who were driving in and we would all carpool back home) and low and behold I go to pick up the truck and the manager (Andrew was his name) acts confused when I said I made an online reservation. He said that he saw the reservation in his system but could somehow not honor it, since he missed it in the morning. So instead of having a truck ready to go, I was stranded at this location since they had overbooked, apparently. Luckily my friend picked me up and we went to a nearby U-Haul where we got a moving truck seamlessly and for a cheaper price. Have seen this review a few times for this location about online reservations not being able to be honored, so avoid this place and go somewhere else (U-Haul)!!
