My family and I are forever grateful to the entire staff at Southeast Air Ambulance for helping us in a stressful situation! John was incredible in guiding us through the process of getting clearance to leave Turks and Caicos and coordinating our flight to the US. Our pilots were friendly, professional. We felt taken care of by everyone we spoke to. I would absolutely work with them again and recommend to anyone!

We highly recommend Southeast Air Ambulance. They are very responsive, got a quick plan in place, and safely brought us home. They were kind and gave us gifts since it was Christmas! Great company!

We called SEAA from Grand Cayman in a panic. Of our three family members, one tested positive for COVID the day before we were scheduled to depart. We were informed that that two of us could leave if we chose to do sobut there was no way we were splitting up. So we faced the prospect of 10 days in quarantine, re-testing, and hoping that we all tested negativea slim probability as we were living in close quarters. I called SEAA to see how quickly we could evacuate. The answer: 36 hours if the Cayman Government cleared our departure. After their close coordination with the resort, ambulance company, airport, CDC, CBP and the rental car company, the SEAA team made our trip absolutely seamless. They communicated clearly throughout via text, email and phone calls. So happy to be home. Thank you, Southeast Air Ambulance team!!
