Rob came out to my non profit's international teen exchange summer program and did an afternoon of improv with the kids, focusing on active listening and conversation skills. He crafted the program specifically for our unique needs and the whole thing was so much fun, I suspect that the kids didn't even realize they were actually learning something really valuable. (Also it was kind of hard to tell who was having more fun - the kids participating or the adults watching!) It was such a tremendous pleasure to work with him and I would absolutely recommend Rob for literally anything - from birthday parties to boat christenings, the sky's the limit!

We had Mirth do an Improv show for a Volunteer Dinner event at our church, with aprox 150 in attendance. They were incredible! People loved the interaction, creativity, and professionalism. I highly recommend this talented group! Thanks Robert and team!!

Robert and Mirth Creative Company, LLC are incredible and bring the fun (and funny!). We've recently had several new hires join our team that ranges from employees who've been with us for 17 years to those who have only been around for 3 months. Getting these employees to mesh and begin to work together prior to some big events we had coming up was a task with which I enlisted Mirth Creative Company, LLC to help. Not only did he get everyone quickly and seamlessly communicating with each other, he brought many employees, new and old, out of their shells. From this one class, I learned so much more about my team. I now have employees who aren't afraid to come to me with ideas, who step up the to plate for each other and actually enjoy working with one another. The impact to our improved moral has also hit our performance in an extremely positive way. Even our VP of Markets noticed the change in my team and the positive effect on the audiences with which we interact. All in all, I cannot thank Robert and Mirth Creative Company, LLC enough for their class and the time they took to really get to know my group and our struggles. If you need that push to get outside your comfort zone, he's your guy. Robert makes you feel comfortable while being uncomfortable! I highly recommend his services!
