Terrible service. We not only paid for them to do our taxes, but we paid to have our taxes amended! The lady swore she would send it in AGAIN, after the IRS stated they never received it. We then asked for all our paperwork so we could pay someone else to amended it. Everytime she says she'll send it, she never does. We will be reporting her to the IRS. Do not use them. Absolutely terrible.

Terrible service I was audited and then paid 200 extra for them to do a amended return and them waited 16 weeks and not heard anything from the irs so I called the irs and they said they have not received a amended return from me so I called the tax lady and she sent them off agin supposedly after about 2 weeks of me begging her to them I waited another 3 and a half weeks and called irs back and they still have not received the amended return so do not use them just warning yall. Thanks have a nice day.
