        She doesn’t know to do any things, lack of experience. I don’t know, if she doesn’t know something why she do it because she has no knowledge about what she does plus she rib people off. so I don’t advise anyone to do taxes with here. She is not ready to help you if you got in trouble with IRS taxes problems, and she doesn’t know how to fix problems because of lack of knowledge. She give an appointment in her office most of times she is not be there. I have been in your office in 2016 taxes you put in problems and you never ready to help me out with until I payed all back with penalty. I payed $5000 dollars back to IRS.
