I was verbally assaulted by the hostess for outside matters that did not pertain to the restaurant. I walked out before receiving my food as I did not want to give them any business. The same hostess texted me on social media and continued to attack and belittle me. Very disappointed because the food is actually very good. But until something is done about that employee I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We frequently dine at OTAKI and lastnight was the worst experience we have had. The cook was very disengaged and the portions were subpar at best. He overcooked everything from the steak to the shrimp and burned or overcooked the rice until it was crispy, then asked who wanted crispy rice. For the prices charged the expectation is clearly for a better experience. Do better

Fantastic place for celebrating a bday.... There were at least 3 there during our dinner, it seemed like everyone had a lovely time, also perfect for larger groups of about 12ish
