Lindsay and her law firm took advantage of me in one of my lowest periods. They did little or nothing to help me but got paid $4,000 and I got $6000. The agreement I signed said 25%. I am not the best at math but that number looks like more than 25%. To anyone reading this DO NOT GET A LAWYER UNTIL YOU ARE POSITIVE U NEED ONE!!!! Call the social security office urself for help. They can save u thousands of dollars! The agreement I signed was very one sided and did not include what responsibility they have to the client. It only states they multiple ways they can get that money from you. When I asked for a copy of my records with their office. My request was simply ignored after 4 attempts. That speaks for itself. I had a tough time getting any definitive answers from Lindsay In fact I was told that no medical records were requested on my behalf. I did everything myself except for setting the first phone appointment with SSA to file my application. YOU CAN DO THIS BY URSELF!! Below is the agreement that I signed.
