Wow! This company's customer service is a joke, Leah. I highly wouldn't recommend placing an order online. They slowed down a colleague of mines order due to their lack of due diligence. Another thing, don't expect them to make any accommodations even if it's their fault. You'll be better off doing business somewhere else. Shame on you Ponte Vedra Naturals.

I am never ordering from here again. I learned a valuable lesson with my latest and last order here. On their website they listed their products as In Stock. So i went ahead and ordered all of the essentials I needed during the weekend to pick it up on Monday, last week. We received a phone call from Leah letting us know that they were out of stock and they would keep us updated throughout the week. They never did. We reached out on Thursday last week just to find out we would be getting it a week later. This slowed down our business operation and we lost a major opportunity. They set us back by a week. To make matters worse the customer service is HORRIBLE! Nothing was done to make me feel better as a customer who expected to receive my orders on time. Nonetheless the owner had no regard for this inconvenience. You'll be better off working with other natural companies who care about their customers. Just so you know, if you take what you are doing seriously DO NOT shop here. Take your business elsewhere. You've been warned. Protect yourself from the headache this place will give you. If you want peace of mind with your orders, go somewhere else.

I have been shopping with PVN since 2018. Leah, is ALWAYS pleasant and very communicative with my orders. I have purchased BULK for my businesses several times and NEVER had a problem. I jave even showed up to pick up an order and (although inconvenient) she will add to my order on the spot. The relationship that has formed simply from AMAZING Customer Service speaks volumes and is why I choose PVN over any local place for my bulk. I was referred to her and have referred many. The energy of the store and its employees, as well as the quality of the products reassure me that I am choosing great ingredients when restocking and coming up with ideas. Thanks so much for what you do to help me continuously!!!
