I will not be trusting this location with my packages in the future. I’ve been to 40+ UPS stores around the country for work and while every single one checks my ID, none of them take my ID and copy it to keep my personal information. Seemed very fishy and I’m concerned my private information could be at risk with them. Otherwise, very reasonable package pickup fee ($5), but odd operating hours. I hope they change this ID policy in the future.

I have used this UPS store for over 20 years and the new management that now runs the store is excellent. The are very friendly and can help with all mailing, shipping or printing needs. I highly recommend them.

The service was 100% awesome and amazing. I'd had some art work that I wanted to ship to my brother to keep it inside the family. I was afraid to mail it because of the glass and the sizes, most importantly the artwork itself. The gentleman who works there talk to me about it and said to bring it and let him see what he can do. When I say he did an amazing job it was above amazing. I mean not one crack not 1 scratch and the delivery was on time as expected. I just want to thank the workers who took the time to make sure that our artwork was delivered perfect. The kindness and the trust Was more than heartfelt. Thank you so very much for taking care of your customers the way you do. This is why I come here for my every need. The level of service is awesome. Thank you once again for an amazing job well done.
