American Septic Contractors Inc.

To start we paid them them to pump our tank and come to find out they never provided that service and we didn't find that out untill we called them back out because we were still having issues. They then tried to tell us we needed whole new system , which we did not need at all. There employees admited they never pumped out the first time because they needed small crane truck to lift lid off tank to be able to pump it. They tell us this after they asked for 1,325.00 for them to start a new system because we believed them at first. When we found out the truth we asked for our 1,325 back and was told they would be in touch about our refund and it has been almost a year since we asked for a refund. We are now having to get JSO involved and continue to chase them down about our 1,325 they have of our money for which they provided no service for. Please save yourself the troubles and go with different company. I truly hope no one else has to go through this and can learn from our mistake Service: Sewer repair

THEY BROKE MY DISTRIBUTION BOX AND DID NOT PUMP OUT TANK! Been almost a month and they are saying they will fit me in..Only trust George so far as he has not lied yet! All others will not own up to mistake! Waiting to see of they hold up there end! I have 3 foot holes in my yard and they do not care!

Trying to get docs or an appointment is a painful experience. I drove an hour to an appointment, I had to call them for them to tell me they werent showing up. Inspection does happen and customer pays for it, now cant get the docs sent to either of us. Tried calling for hours and no one picks up and dont even get the option to leave a message.

This company was used to "Repair" our Septic lid in October 2020, 5 months before we purchased our home. We have the receipt with the description of the work done and assumed it was repaired properly and safe. Fast forward to September 2021, we've been in our home for 7 months, I was walking across our yard and my foot went thru the grass into a hole. We then poked around the hole and it immediately opened up to a 3 ft hole and exposed our septic tank. The lid had caved in. After exposing the entire septic tank, its clear American Septic slapped a little wet concrete on the top of a very old and cracked lid rather than replace the lid. Thank goodness myself, a child or an animal didn't fall into the septic. We are now having to replace the entire lid. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
