Flamingo Well & Septic

I recently had my septic pump go out on my home. It was backing up into my home. Flamingo Septic was super easy to work with. When calling the office they quickly dispatched a pump truck the next day. I was met with smiling faces by Derrius and Jared who pumped out my tank. I was surprised they took such pride in my yard by laying out a tarp when digging up my tank to save my grass. Technician Matt came a few minutes later replace my pump. I mentioned to Matt I had issues with my outdoor lighting. He informed me they have an Electrical Division and they could help with that as well. When I called to book I spoke with Melissa who was so helpful and dispatched a technician 2 days later. Beau had my lights working within 30 minutes. All technicians were friendly and left my yard looking like they were not even there! When I have issues I will without a doubt call them!

Amazing customer service The owner Scoot came out to my home personally due to the fact that I was close to closing and I wanted to have some concerns checked before purchasing the home. He came out and looked at my concerns, not only he had one of his amazing employees come out to do a full inspection, who also immaculate and amazing customer service. I owe it all to their beautiful receptionist Ms. Stephanie. I will use this company in this world, the next world, the world after, and refer them to the nation, go Gator, septic and flamingo septic. To conclude all that has been said and done thanks because you just cant find humble customer service these days. I recently purchased an older home and needed to identify the drainage field to provide the Board of Health with a detailed report in order to begin remodeling the home. Flamingo was very responsive, timely and knowledgeable about everything I needed. They showed up on time, explained the process to me and provided the report promptly and this was all during the week prior to the Christmas.
