Bailee Lynn is firing people and not helping people and lying to people she lied I was getting ust to new position I didn't even know id have to go to relo I was told I can stay in call coordinator I never had trouble with any manager Justin was kind but bailee said I can go back to call coordinator because of my disability but then just blocked me and fired me that's crazy didn't even tell me what did I do to deserve that I have a disability I'm telling my attorney the relocation qualifier manager she just didn't like me because I had anxiety attack at work and was rude in her feelings daily fellow colleagues saying the same her pregnancy giving her bad mood swings that's not right to handle it like that and lie on me

Horrible company. If you think your rep is doing something nice to help? Dont fall for it. Its not true. Its a scam or a hustle. CANCEL MY SERVICE!!!!!!!! They wont Ive been trying for months now

System has worked improperly for a year now and they still can't fix it but yet they charge me for services rendered. Do NOT SIGN the 3 YEAR contract!!! customer service sucks and they can't keep detailed notes even though the conversations are "recorded".

ADT has HORRIBLE service, we have unfortunately only been with them about a year and a half and we have had issues with the camera not working the entire time. They then take forever to come and call themselves fixing it only to have it continue to not work. This is why they lock you into a three year sentence with them. They are horrible. Cannot wait to be done with them we are paying for a service that is not protecting us AT ALL. I will never recommend anyone to ADT.

Update 12/1/22...Our panel died. They sent out a tech. He fixed it. I got charged $63 for them to fix their own equipment!! Tech also told me we were being overcharged. I thought $75/mo was outrageous and i was right. Avoid this company at all costs. Stuck in a 3 year contract with horrible service. For the 1st year, you deal with Safe Haven. You hold for at least 10 minutes each time you call. When someone does come out, they quick fix it, tell their office it's working and leave. It never works properly. It took 11 months for them to get the cameras to work about 80%. The doorbell still doesn't work. It misses about 80% of the activity. When we asked to get out of the contract, since we never received working equipment, the girl was super rude and just kept repeating that she will charge us 75% of the remaining contract regardless of our service. Also, there is no distinction in alerts if it's activity or someone actually ringing the doorbell. However, each time a person walks through the front door, the panel inside rings like a doorbell. My husband had no idea he was signing a THREE year contract. So we're stuck with this annoying garbage. I finally just quit calling (it does no good) and accepted our fate. Which is hard to do for $71/month. Don't join us in our security hell. Call someone else...ANYONE else.
