Don't let the humble address or building fool you.. Inside you will find all your restaurant equipment needs regardless of any budgetary constraints or concerns. The professionals inside (Vic or Becca) will work with you to ensure you are not only completely satisfied with your purchase whether it be new equipment or pre-owned, but they completely stand behind everything they sell and deliver. I know this first hand as we purchased 2 brand new Atosas for a commercial application and after some slight complications developed upon delivery and installation, they were quick to respond to our concerns. Unlike some of the large warehouse(s) chains, they never ducked our calls or visits, never tried to pawn us off to some other department in Sri-Lanka or Bangladesh where you'll just become another number belonging to a claim that will never get resolved. They were quick to work out an amicable resolution that worked for all parties involved. I highly recommend this retailer and both Vic & Becca as outstanding retailers and members of our community. ps: we spent northwards of $7K but they would treat you just as caring and professionally regardless of the amount you spend or the size of your purchase.
